A full-color info session on balanced diets

Each color corresponds to a type of food (cereals, proteins, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, fat, and salt). The goal is for all these categories to be present on the day. This way children will have received all the nutrients, proteins, and vitamins essential for their good growth! A fun way to teach food balance, easy to understand, and reuse at home for the super mom team!
